Limits
Preserving our territory is of utmost importance
to us and in order to maintain a productive territory we must preserve
and plan ahead. The most reproductive fish are those weighing three pounds
and more and for the walleye, this obliges us to apply catch and release
for those above 22". We do encourage that you apply
this tactic on all the lakes and simply take a good picture of the bigger
ones since the best eating are definitely not the big walleye but those
that measure between 12 and 22 inches.
For the pike, we allow that you keep one
over 15 pounds and capture the others by picture only.
The possession limit is 8 walleye,
8 pike,
8 speckled
trout ( without exceeding more
than 4
per lake ) and 2 lake
trout. For the family vacation,
you may keep the parent's limit only.
In order to help us maintain a good productive
territory with an exceptional quality of fish we ask that you please respect
our limits. |
